Shipping policy

  • We deliver your orders within 5-7 working days in metro cities. For the rest of the cities, we deliver within 7-10 working days.
  • All orders are shipped using our courier partner Blue Dart. We currently deliver to more than 500 cities across India through Blue Dart. Click here to check Pin Codes we deliver to.
  • Once your order is processed, a Blue Dart docket number is generated and e-mailed to you on your registered email id. You can use the docket number to track your order on the Blue Dart website here
  • All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through an email at care@kayaindia.net with a picture attached. Or you can call us on 1800-209-5292.
  • Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
  • Kaya is not responsible for damage after delivery
  • We do not offer Cash On Delivery
  • We do not ship internationally
  • Kaya products have a shelf life of 2 years from the date of manufacturing. We ship products with at least 3 months to expiry. These products will not be replaced or refunded.
